If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in a full, new condition within 10 days. Management reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for open and / or incomplete units. Special orders cannot be returned. Purchases made in cash or by check will be reimbursed by company check within fifteen working days. Credit and debit card purchases will only be refunded to the original account.

Exchange policy

You can return any product within 30 days for 100% store credit on future purchases. Returned products must be in new condition and complete with original packaging or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Product warranties

All products come with a full manufacturer's warranty which varies for each product category and manufacturer. Refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for details. Defective products should be taken (or shipped prepaid freight) to the nearest factory authorized service center for repair.

Please contact the store to try to see if the product is indeed defective or needs special adjustment, this is a free service and after verification,

If the product you purchased from us is found to be defective within 10 days of the purchase, we will replace it with a new equivalent unit at no charge
